Refund & Return Policy

At Luna & Lavender™, every product is made by hand in small batches with care, intention, and kindness. Because our formulations are crafted in limited quantities and designed for personal use, we do not accept returns or exchanges once a product has been opened or used.

Returns

Due to the nature of handcrafted bath and body products, all sales are final. Once a product has been opened or used, it can no longer be resold or reused due to the risk of contamination and compromised product integrity. This policy ensures the safety and purity of every item we offer to our customers.

If you received the wrong item or your order arrived damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at bartonbhw@gmail.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged or incorrect product. We will gladly provide a replacement or store credit when possible.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued in cases where a replacement cannot be provided or if an order is canceled prior to shipment. Once approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please email bartonbhw@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us — we are committed to resolving all concerns with kindness and fairness.
