Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All Luna & Lavender™ products are handcrafted in small batches with care and intention.
Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be processed and packaged before it ships. During high-demand seasons or product launches, processing may take up to 7 business days.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and a separate email with tracking information once your order has shipped.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
We currently ship within the United States via USPS and UPS.

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (available at checkout)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or weather conditions.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to activate after shipment.


Local Pickup (Optional)

If you are located near our Texas studio and would like to arrange a local pickup, please contact us atbartonbhw@gmail.com prior to checkout. We will confirm availability and schedule a convenient pickup time.


Shipping Damage or Lost Packages

We take great care in packaging your order, but if your items arrive damaged, please email us within 3 days of delivery at bartonbhw@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged items and packaging

We will gladly replace or refund damaged products whenever possible.

If your package is marked “delivered” but you have not received it, please contact your local postal carrier. Unfortunately, once a package is scanned as delivered, we cannot be responsible for theft or loss, but we’ll do everything we can to assist you.


International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within the United States.
We hope to expand international shipping options in the near future.


Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of handcrafted bath and body products, all sales are final for safety and hygiene reasons. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery — we’re happy to resolve it with kindness and care.
